The Doctor Never went to the Academy?

We know that the Doctor became a Time Lord after graduation from the time lords academy.....but in this universe the young man never went to the time lords academy and he became a soldier in the Gallifreyan army. The boy was excited for his first day in military training camp. 

During this first day The Boy moved into his quarters in the Halirax section of The camp and made conversation with the people he was sharing a bunker with. As the 30 year old Gallifreyan teenage boy was sleeping in his bed, he along with his bunk mates were being scanned for uniform measurements. In the morning the two Suns raise up in the skies of Gallifrey. The Boy listened as his fellow cadets picked their own names and when it was his turn he said,"Jarret." 

After the training was completed Jarret and his team kept Gallifrey safe from all Enemies both foreign and domestic.
